To keep Real Estate Entry safe and trustworthy, you agree not to use the Service to:

• Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or duplicate listings.
• List property you do not have the legal right to market.
• Discriminate against protected classes in listings, messages, or screening.
• Harass, threaten, dox, impersonate, or defame any person or business.
• Post sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or illegal content.
• Upload malware, run automated scraping, or bypass security controls.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, phishing, or pyramid/MLM offers unrelated to real estate.
• Infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
• Collect data about other users without their consent.
• Use the Service to launder money, evade sanctions, or facilitate other crimes.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, and report unlawful activity to authorities. To report a violation, use the in-app "Report" button or email info@realestateentry.com.
